Joyce migrated to Perth from Singapore in 2003 with her husband William and lovely daughter, Joelyn.
She has been in the building & real estate industry since her graduation with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering in UK. She had previously worked as a Structural Engineer, a Property Project Manager and a Director of a building construction firm for over 20 years in Singapore.
Her background in the building industry has perfectly positioned her to enter the real estate industry here in Perth. Since then, she continues to dedicate herself in this challenging and satisfying career. Friendly, reliable, hardworking, dedicated, flexible and willing to go beyond her work scope are the result of Joyce’s success in the real estate industry.
Joyce believes that being a real estate agent is not just about selling and managing properties but having the passion to fulfill the dreams of the people be it owning their own home or building an investment property portfolio. As a result, she has built up a substantial pool of local and overseas clientele.
Joyce speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and Hokkien dialects. She loves meeting people of all races regardless of gender or social status. She enjoys sharing the love and joy of being a Christian with them.
