Born and raised in Perth, Joel Cooper joined Realestate 88 as a Sales Executive in 2018. Bringing with him an inherent knowledge of the Perth City marketplace, having worked with multiple developers across various projects throughout WA from Mindarie to Rockingham & everything in between.
With this innate understanding, Joel specializes in all things real estate, particularly enjoying Strata for buying & selling, ensuring that client objectives are achieved with the best possible standards. Joel strives to fulfill the needs of both property owners and potential buyers, both for residential and short term zoned (Airbnb suitable) properties. Applying his extensive knowledge of Strata property, including the intricate business of dealing with short term properties and the relevant zoning / approvals required for a smooth investment.
In his free time, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife & young son, expanding his knowledge as an avid home cook to feed his friends and family. In his eyes, nothing makes a property feel like home as much as good food and good company.
