A coastal resident since the beginning of his life, Jim’s extensive knowledge of Perth’s southern suburbs certainly shows. Jim has maintained a strong relationship with the local sports clubs and is a proud sponsor of the Women's Football Club. He is also an active member of the Basketball Association and has been since 1986. His love for basketball has seen him both play and referee the sport. When asked to explain his success, Jim says that the answer is simple and it lies in one word, “transparency.”
“I pride myself on being honest. Clients often get told what they want to hear, not necessarily what they need to hear.”
“I’ve found it’s always better to be transparent and to just say it how it is. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell people the hard truth, but you’ve got to do it,” Jim says.
