As a seasoned property investor himself, Jarryd has a great understanding of how an investment property needs to be maintained and carefully managed in order to maintain the property’s capital worth and to retain good tenancies long term in order to avoid any unnecessary loss of income. A strict, firm and fair approach with tenants ensures the tenant is well informed of their requirements and obligations under their tenancy agreement and that these are upheld.
He leads & manages our rentals team and also works with both new and existing clients in providing them valuable information on current market conditions and trends, oversees management for their properties and provides industry knowledge and legislative requirements to ensure all his clients & our staff are always up to date with changes in our rapidly developing industry. As part of his strong belief in ongoing team development & conflict management strategies he runs regular professional development and team training sessions within his department to ensure his team are always operating at their prime and giving 110% to our clients.
In his free time you can often find Jarryd in the sun with a good book, playing with his 2 dogs Lucien & Jax or spending time with his large extended family and partner.
