I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 2002 & have worked for Peard Real Estate for the last 12 years. I have found the balance of being part of a large High Profile Real Estate Company, combined with the service provided by a local personalised office, to be the perfect match.
Having been in Industry for such a long period of time, I now find that a large majority of my Listings, come from referrals.
I specialise in Merriwa & Clarkson, but cover the whole of the 6030 area.
I am very committed to working in a “Team Environment” & strongly believe, the Agent & the Seller working together, achieves the best results.
My philosophy is “Minimum of fuss, for Maximum results”.
I am a local to the area, my children have grown up in the area, my husbands’ business is also local, so all in all, I have an extensive knowledge of my sales patch.
Little know Trivia about me:
I am a triple World Champion in the Sport of Underwater Hockey.
Awarded the Australian Sports Medal in 2000.
