James graduated from Aquinas College in 1999 and went on to study a Bachelor of Science at UWA majoring in coastal planning and management and marine biology.
James began studying real estate whilst sailing long ocean passages as first mate on a 50m luxury super yacht. It was during this time that James learnt the meaning of true customer service and satisfaction, terms used loosely in this industry.
