Ian Payne

Ian Payne joined LJ Hooker Rockingham in November 1993 after completing 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy.

He jointly purchased the office in 1998 and sold in 2010 to concentrate purely on sales. Ian has been with L J Hooker for 22 years this year. His knowledge and experience in all areas of the Real Estate Profession are outstanding.

Ian has completed many courses pertaining to Real Estate and has previously been a member of the LJ Hooker "Multi-Million Dollar Captains club" (top 4% of salespersons throughout Australia). Ian specialises in Rockingham and Baldivis.

While most definitely qualified with his training and experience in selling over 700 properties during his time with LJ Hooker Rockingham, it is his excellent customer service on which he prides himself.
