After having worked as a successful Sales Representative for 6 years with John Dethridge, Hayden acquired John Dethridge & Co in 2004. Committed to the highest standards of ethical practice, integrity and focus on client service, Hayden and his team have maintained this business ethos for the past 11 years.

As the Principal of dethridgeGROVES Real Estate, Hayden holds his triennial license, has an honours degree in politics and is a licensed auctioneer.

Hayden is currently the President of REIWA, after having served as the Deputy President since October 2013 and having been on council since 2010. In December last year, Hayden was elected as the REIA (Real Estate Institute of Australia) Deputy President and is also on the Board responsible for the industry’s most widely distributed real estate newsfeed, The Real Estate Conversation. As the immediate past president of the Real Estate Employer's Federation of Western Australia, Hayden has a particular interest in employer/employee relations as they relate to the real estate industry.
