Grant believes that property is a people business and it is for this reason that he entered the field of real estate in 2009 working with his partner Bev Heymans at ACTON West. Originally qualifying in the field of Organisational Psychology, Grant retrained and achieved a BSc honours degree in Psychology. Grant believes the attention to the human aspect of real estate is paramount to achieving outstanding results. Grant holds a current sales licence and completed his Diploma of Property services(Agency management) in 2010 . Grant has been actively involved in sales and property management and was appointed Principal at ACTON Dalkeith April 2010. In July of 2010 Grant and Bev purchased the ACTON Dalkeith region to complement their ACTON Cottesloe region and create a Western Suburbs presence that is currently enjoying strong market leadership. Having two offices at separate locations has proved extremely beneficial to tenants, owners and sellers and has allowed the region to develop the largest asset management division in the Western suburbs. This in turn has proved beneficial to sellers who have often sold their properties to the large investor database. "I believe that success for our clients depends on our team been highly trained and motivated, honest and transparent, and keeping our promises” says Grant.
