A licensed real estate agent for over 40 years, Graeme and his family have lived in the Perth hills since 1996, where both his now adult children attended local primary and high schools.
He has been involved in local hills real estate since 1999 and is arguably the most experienced real estate professional operating in the Perth hills.
He began his real estate career as a sales representative early in 1982, obtained his real estate license and triennial certificate in 1985 and since then has been involved in almost every facet of residential real estate; sales, investment and property management.
He has owned several real estate agencies during his career, has managed several others in both Perth and regional WA and been involved in the training, promotion and development side of real estate offices for a number of years when he was employed in business development & training roles with two of Western Australia’s leading real state membership and franchise groups.
Real estate has been his chosen profession for most of Graemes working life. It was always a first choice, not something he ‘gave a go’ after engaging in other business ventures.
He has won numerous awards and accolades during his lengthy career, however his greatest reward is that of assisting so many people to realise their property aspirations..
Whether that is selling a family home and moving on, or purchasing a new dream home or investment property, his success is his chosen field is beyond par.
