With over 40 years in the commercial real estate industry, Gerry is one of Perth’s most experienced and respected figures.
His passion for property was sparked when he began his career with the Main Roads Department in 1982, followed by a successful tenure at Chesterton International managing a comprehensive commercial portfolio. Gerry then commenced at Colliers International when they merged with Chesterton International in 2002.
In 2004, Gerry established FPS Commercial Property (Currently known as Empire Commercial Property) with a bold vision to set a new benchmark in service and expertise. He brings with him an unrivalled knowledge of the local market, along with a wealth of experience, dedication and authenticity that has resulted in an impressive client base.
