David has extended MLV Real Estates coverage into the major industrial areas located in the southwest corridor of the Metropolitan area. These include Kewdale, Welshpool, Canning Vale, Naval Base, O’Connor, Willetton, Fremantle, Myaree, Fremantle, Bibra Lake, and Kwinana.
Before MLV, David was a senior negotiator with a CBD agency, involved in sales, leasing and management of industrial and commercial properties with emphasis on areas from Canning Vale through to Fremantle.
David’s knowledge of commercial property has been expanded since joining MLV Real Estate and he is conversant with the major commercial and industrial sectors south of the Swan River. David has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree at Curtin University.
He is also a licensed sales & leasing representative and a member of Real Estate Institute of W.A.
