Clive has 17 years’ experience in the office leasing sector. Clive commenced his commercial real estate career in early 2002 with LJ Hooker East Perth as a commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant.
In late 2003, Clive was approached by Burgess Rawson based on highly regarded client recommendations to further develop their office leasing division as Manager of office leasing. Clive was subsequently appointed as Associate Director in late 2008.
Clive joined Ray White Commercial (WA) in late 2018 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in leasing office developments off the plans, high-end offices and whole floor offices in the Perth CBD and fringe office market. Clive also specialises in leasing medical suites with a detailed understanding of medical specialists requirements.
