Clem brings more than 25 years of experience in the wine industry to her real estate career, having worked as a winemaker and winery manager across several of Australia’s leading wine regions. This background gives her a practical understanding of the operational, commercial and agricultural elements that often sit behind a rural property transaction.
Now with Elders Real Estate South West, Clem combines local market knowledge with a practical and straightforward approach to property sales. She works closely with sellers to develop targeted marketing strategies and present properties in a way that connects with the right buyers, whether they are local, interstate or international.
Fluent in both French and English, Clem has established networks across the wine, agricultural and business communities and has particular experience in marketing rural and agribusiness properties where a more specialised understanding is required.
