Chris Roycroft is our Principal/ Licensee she brings with her a tireless ability to work with clients and staff to ensure that all their varied needs are met. Her core values are honesty and integrity and the belief that everyone deserves the space and support to attain their dreams whether it be colleagues in the work place or clients buying, selling or renting their homes.
She also comes with a great knowledge of the area having lived and worked in Nannup for over 25 years, enjoys dealing with all manner of real estate, from cottages in town to lifestyle properties, small and large farms and businesses.
Chris has formidable negotiation, business and marketing skills having owned and run several businesses including a Legal Employment Agency in Central London, Sales Manager of large Investment Brokerage in London, a hand-made furniture business in Wales, England as well as owner of the Nannup Post & Rail, Pemberton & Northcliffe Post & Rail community newspapers for nearly a decade and currently Nannup Real Estate since 2010.
She also made the tree change with hubby Kim from England to Australia over 25 years ago and ended up in Nannup on the second day of their immigration and has never been tempted to leave!
