Chris Parsons

Chris is a young and dynamic sales representative that has been surrounded by high performing colleagues and family from a very young age.

Chris started his working career at the age of 16 in a local car dealership in Mandurah. Throughout his time in the motor industry, he progressed quickly from trainee to the title of Yard Manager at just 18 years old.

Following a passion for sales, Chris took his next steps into searching for a career in Real Estate. He obtained his Real Estate registration and then applied for a role as a Buyer Manager within Harcourts Mandurah with an established representative. His duties were to run with all buyers, negotiate contracts and assist with all home opens. Within 3 years, Chris assisted his selling team to grow and be awarded the Top Selling sales team for the brand in all of Western Australia. Chris’s skills as a Buyer Manager were never unnoticed and testimonials received by his clients have consistently been at a 5 star level.

Now operating as a sole Sales Executive in a senior role, Chris is delighted to provide his services to both sellers and buyers to become their trusted advisor with every aspect of their property transaction.

Chris’s entire professional career has been spent honing his skills across 8 years of sales experience working in and around the Peel Region; the vast majority of which has been with Western Australia’s top selling Real Estate office – Harcourts Mandurah. Chris was born & raised in Mandurah and has lived here his entire life.
