Cara began her career in Real Estate after graduating high school, starting as a Receptionist and working her way through into Sales as an Assistant learning all areas of administration and then not long after, finding her way into Property Management.
After many years managing clients investment portfolios, Cara found herself with a natural talent and passion for training and professional development across Property Management. Combining her extensive knowledge of legislation, impeccable attention to detail and refined organisation skills she now manages a team of property managers at Professionals Stirling Clark and is committed to their progression and that of the company.
Cara is a home owner, however prior to this she was a tenant. Her experience as both a landlord and a tenant have helped her develop into a better Property Manager for both landlords and tenants.
Now, Cara has over 20 years of industry experience and continues to improve professionally due to the ongoing training and support offered by Professionals Stirling Clark. Cara grew up locally, attending Primary & High Schools within the Shire of Kalamunda which gives her priceless knowledge of people, businesses and properties in the area.
