Brendan’s passion for real estate first began at Perception Homes, where he worked as an Architectural Draftsman for three years. Here Brendan developed his passion and wealth of knowledge in property design and construction, these skills have since seen Brendan establish his own business Dimensional Design & Drafting operating since 2004.
Brendan has successfully completed the sales representative course at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia and is a graduate of the sales success course at the Roy Weston Academy and recipient of the Diploma in Property Services for Western Australia. Brendan continues to enhance his skills by completing ongoing annual training in sales, negotiations and contract law through the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
Brendan was an exceptional member of both the L.J Hooker team and Harcourts real estate group, having the knowledge of working for more than one real estate company has given Brendan an edge over the rest. L.J Hooker saw Brendan’s election into the prestigious L.J Hooker “Captains Club”, a significant achievement for those who obtain sales records in the top 15% of real estate representatives Australia-wide.
Also a REIWA member, Brendan has been recognised by the institute receiving numerous awards over the years for his outstanding performance in sales. Brendan was awarded into the 2 Million, 5 Million, 7 Million, 8 Million Dollar Club twice, and 10 Million Dollar Club over his career and to be noted is his record in the Top 30 Rookies List in 2006
