MEET BEAU //
With 11 years of experience in the property industry, Beau brings a strong blend of operational knowledge, relationship building and business development expertise to Haiven's Growth team.
After spending seven years managing property portfolios, Beau made the move into business development, where he has spent the past four years helping grow rent rolls and building strong relationships with landlords both locally and interstate. His approachable style, industry knowledge and genuine focus on delivering a great client experience have been key to his success.
Beau’s achievements include being named a finalist for REIWA BDM of the Year, receiving a nomination for the 2025 REB Property Management Excellence Award, and successfully onboarding 200 landlords during the 2024/25 financial year — a testament to his drive, consistency and commitment to his clients.
Outside of work, Beau is a passionate sports fan and enjoys keeping active. He follows everything from the NBA and NFL to F1, AFL and football, with the New York Knicks, New York Giants, Oregon Ducks, Melbourne FC and Manchester United among his teams of choice. He’s also a keen golfer, playing weekly as a member at Melville Golf Course, and most importantly, enjoys spending time with his young family.
