Ashleigh North joined the Primus Realty team in September 2014 as an Assistant Property Manager. After graduating from Saint Norbert College in 2013 where she did work experience at a small real estate agency, Ashleigh realised that she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Ashleigh obtained her Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative (restricted to property management) and has recently taken over the maintenance department at Primus Realty, ensuring Tenant maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and our Lessors do not incur unnecessary expenses. As well as handling maintenance Ashleigh is experienced in all aspects of Property Management.
Ashleigh’s personality is particularly suited to Property management due to her love of a challenge, organisational skills and willingness to learn new things.
