An integral part of our professional Property Management team, Ashlee started initially as an Assistant Property Manager in 2015, Ashlee has worked her way successfully through the ranks, as a Property Manager overseeing a busy portfolio of properties and owners that is made up of apartments and home and land style investment properties.
Ashlee provides a quality service that involves a great deal of communication and foresight, to ensure your tenancy is running smoothly and legally at all times, whilst also ensuring that all maintenance is performed correctly and on time, inspection reports are typed accurately and informatively, and that nothing is missed in our endeavour to provide you with the very best of property management service.
Along with her Property Management experience, Ashlee initially came to Cinch Management with real estate administration experience, and she utilises this additional skill set to ensure that anyone who walks in, or calls our office feels special and receives the answers that they are seeking. She also possesses a Cert III in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Business Administration and a Double Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources.
