Anthony Van Der Wielen is one of WA’s premier real estate commentators and mentors.
With a career that has already spanned over three decades in the industry, he is well known for his honest and upfront approach to business.
In 2003, he established Empire Property Solutions – an award winning company that specialises in residential real estate. In 2012, Anthony became a 50% owner of FPS Commercial Property (Currently known as Empire Commercial Property) alongside long-time friend and colleague Gerry Lovegrove.
Well known by those who live in or around the area, Anthony has an intimate knowledge of the Fremantle people, its rich culture and importantly, the City of Fremantle’s flourishing business community.
Throughout his lengthy career, Anthony has had many achievements. As an experienced negotiator, he works with both international and interstate clients as well as heading up major construction projects, developments, and subdivisions.
His negotiating skills are also employed by AFL players as their AFL Accredited Player Manager where he handles playing contracts with various clubs, media deals, sponsorship opportunities and providing mentorship services.
