Andrew Patterson has been working in the customer service and sales industry for over 20 years. His passion for people and problem solving helped Andrew excel quickly in the real estate industry.
Starting in real estate in 2009 just after the GFC Andrew learnt how to hone his craft during a very tough market and showed how a strong work ethic, no matter what conditions the property market is in gets results.
Andrew understands all aspects involved in the real estate process. Andrew started at front reception and then went on to leasing agent, buyers agent, sales consultant, licensee and director of his own property management company within 6 years. Through his experience of all the different roles, Andrew can help explain and advise his clients on everything they need to know about buying, selling and property management.
Having lived in the Victoria Park area for over 15 years and having his agency located on the East Victoria Park Café strip, Andrew can ensure his local property expertise & knowledge and can assist his clients in achieve their property goals.
