Hi, my name is Amanda Mariotti, I am employed as the Business Development Manager. My role being to source and secure new clients and their investment properties. I find the role exciting as I get to meet some amazing people and sign on their great homes to manage. Discussing their future plans and expectations gives me insight as to what sort of management package would be suitable to their requirements .
I have been the Business Development Manager since 2019, I work alongside three very experienced Property Managers of whom I am confident in matching new clients with who would best match their property management needs.
Being born and bred in Bunbury, I also enjoy assisting and securing out of town/state/country investors often attending sales viewings, pre purchase inspections, providing honest transparent advice as to what I would consider a great buy.
My knowledge of Bunbury is what I would consider ‘true local’.
