Aldo Gianotti

Aldo has been active in the Commercial real estate industry with some 40 years experience in offices, retail-particularly shopping centre-and industrial with larger format tenants and properties.

Having schooled at St Louis College in Claremont later to become John XXIII College and a graduate of the University of Western Australia Aldo commenced a career in the real estate industry.

Aldo has been instrumental in assisting with the establishment of retail shopping centres from inception and Centres which house Coles or Woolworths Supermarkets as the anchor tenants and additional 20 to 30 specialty retail tenants in the Perth metro area.

In addition the retail experience extended to assisting to provide a retail presence in Perth for major international brands such as APPLE, GUCCI, PRADA, WATCHES OF SWITZERLAND and MIU MIU to name a few.

Providing the client with attentive service and prompt informed information so as to meet the needs of changing market conditions has always been at the forefront of Aldo’s modus operandi.
