Adrian has been fortunate enough to enjoy an exceptionally successful real estate career that has spanned in excess of 26 years. His knowledge, enthusiasm, insightfulness and negotiating skills are unmatched by most in the industry and the outcomes he achieves are often astounding. As a testament to his success, very few people in real estate have been able to retain clients as well as he does, as long as 26 years in some cases, and he now has generational clients where parents are referring their children, which he attributes to simply doing the right thing and knowing what you’re doing!
During his career Adrian has worked for four companies and been the top performing, or one of the top performing, Reps for almost the entire period. Fortunately, real estate has been very kind to him having sold an enormous number of properties in a variety of suburbs, especially in the development belt of Doubleview, Innaloo & Scarborough, and the coastal strip between Wembley Downs and Sorrento.
Whilst he has enjoyed success with all styles of residential housing ranging from larger homes in affluent suburbs to more modest properties, working closely alongside developers has been a particular strength and he is often consulted by developers regarding plans and feasibility of projects.
The real estate industry is dynamic, Adrian has adapted, embraced changes and excelled due to his understanding of people, knowledge of how buyers behave and his pleasing, down to earth people skills.
