Ebony has always shown a passion for Real Estate and decided at a young age that she wanted to join the industry.
Ebony began her real estate journey in early 2019 on Reception and as Executive Assistant, providing invaluable support to our Licensee, before transitioning into Sales Administration and then Leasing.
Starting on Reception has given Ebony a great insight into what goes on behind the scenes from an admin point of view, as well as providing a great foundation to understanding the importance of good customer service and building on her desire to want to help clients to the best of her ability.
Through her role as Leasing Specialist, Ebony has learnt many different aspects of Property Management. In being able to personally meet potential tenants at home opens and process their applications, she has been able to get to know the tenant and their requirements and use this to find the best suitable candidate for our landlords, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties.
Ebony completed her Sales Registration in 2020 and has now taken on her own portfolio as Property Manager, where she is looking forward to continuing to provide exceptional service and helping our clients meet their needs.
