Where We Started​

The Vivian Name Has Been Well Known In The Western Suburbs Since 1931, Vivian’s Real Estate Is A Family Orientated Real Estate Company Known For Its High Standards And Unmatched Service To Its Clients.
Serving the Western Suburbs since 1931, providing reliable, trustworthy & 5-star service; three generations of Vivian’s would work in the business with Craig Vivian to be the eventual sole owner after his father Sam passed away. In approximately the year 2001, the premises was sold to become new commercial shops and residential apartments in which, still to this day, is named “Vivian’s Corner”.

Unfortunately, Craig; a few years later tragically was to pass away from cancer and in 2015 the Vivian’s family name was to re-emerge through Gill and Trent Vivian but in the form of a local boutique real estate agency called Vivian’s Real Estate with the goal of continuing the reputation the family name had established for so many years previously.
