On 1st August 1997 The Property Exchange opened its doors, cementing our office in Subiaco and moving to the prominent position on the corner of Nicholson and Derby Roads in 2002. The owners of The Property Exchange each have their own specialty of sales, property
management, compliance and administration.

When you visit our office, you will notice it looks and feels like home, we escaped the typical grey clinical feel that many offices are. This is a clear reflection of the way The Property Exchange regards their business and clients. Our office has around 20 people working in the space with a dedicated Sales team plus support staff and a dynamic Property Management team.

Our focus is on quality, not quantity. We concentrate on attracting quality clients and focus on those highly sought after lifestyle locations in the metropolitan area of Perth. Our emphasis is on giving exceptional service by providing the correct advice for your own personal circumstances. We put time and effort into the presentation of properties, to make them feel like a home and not just a “house”. We are proactive with our marketing and price properties realistically in order to attain the best result for you.
