John Matthew & Sons commenced business in 1983 and is today one of Western Australia’s largest regional real estate agencies, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property Management and Sales.
Chris Hoycard, Daniel Lavery, Rebecca Bateman, Allan Pendal, Mark Brennan and Peter Gianni are all partners of this well-established business. Chris, Daniel and Rebecca are currently working partners.
John Mathew & Sons employ a staff of 24. This comprises of a Property Management Department headed by our General Manager of Residential Property Management, Rebecca Bateman who has over thirty years of experience in residential property management, commercial property management and trust accounting. Our residential portfolio of properties is managed by a large team of property managers and assistants along with dedicated support staff.
We have a Residential Sales Team of 5 with a combined 35 years’ experience in the industry, lead by our Managing Director and Licensee Chris Hoycard. Chris has worked extensively in all departments during her 25 years in real estate.
Our Commercial Sales and Leasing team of 5, includes the General Manager of Commercial Sales and Leasing Daniel Lavery, who is without doubt the leading Commercial Agent in the Goldfields.
All our remaining staff are employed in vital administrative and support roles.
