The WA real estate industry celebrated the state’s top talent at the annual reiwa.com Awards Ball on Saturday 13 September.

1,200 people attended the sold-out event, which was held at Crown Perth.

REIWA President Suzanne Brown said the 2025 reiwa.com Awards recognised the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales, and residential property management for the 2024-25 financial year.

“It was wonderful to see so many members of the industry come together and celebrate the achievements of the past 12 months,” she said.

“2024-25 was another strong year for the property market, with prices rising and properties selling and leasing quickly.

“But success is about more than quick sales and price growth, it’s about getting the best results for your clients. That might include negotiating a long settlement or rent-back period in order to give a seller time to find a new home. Or helping a buyer or tenant find a home when they’ve previously missed out on several.

"Top performing agents prioritise delivering value and outstanding service for their clients and their success at the awards reflects this.

“On behalf of REIWA, I congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2025 reiwa.com Awards. Their outstanding performance over the past year represents the very best in our industry and sets the benchmark for their peers to aspire to.”

As well as recognising the top performers over residential and commercial sales, and residential property management, the reiwa.com Awards also saw 40 salespeople recognised among the top 1 per cent of residential salespeople and 129 named among the Top 5 per cent for the total number of listings sold and/or the total value of listings sold in the 2024-25 financial year.
