Lily Chong named Top Salesperson Residential Project Marketing at reiwa.com Awards

IQI WA’s Lily Chong has won the Top Salesperson Residential Project Marketing Award at reiwa.com’s 2024 Awards.

Her team at IQI WA was also recognised among the Top 5 in the Top Office Residential Project Marketing category.

The project marketing awards recognise the individuals and agencies that excelled in this specialised field in the 2023-24 financial year.

REIWA CEO Cath Hart said Ms Chong had placed in this category for the past few years and this year’s win reflected her determination to grow her business over the past year.

“Lily has extensive experience in project marketing, with her agency specialising in apartment project sales and new house and land packages,” she said.

“Her drive to constantly improve is to be admired and her success showcases her commitment to building strong relationships with her clients and her delivery of outstanding service.

“Her values are reflected in the performance of her IQI WA office, who are a relatively small team and placed fourth in the Top Office Residential Project Marketing category this year.

“Professionals like Lily set the bar high for other industry members and inspire others to emulate their success.

Ms Chong said her team’s huge effort last financial year has paid dividends.

“We put in a massive push in the last two months of the financial year to get into the Top 5,” she said.

“We also celebrated five years of operation this month so it has been an amazing time of celebration for me and my team.

“I am so grateful to all the people who have supported me along the way to get where we are today.”

Nicole Jones of Jones Realty & Projects - which won the Top Office Residential Project Marketing - was the second-placed salesperson, followed by Kristie Skinner, Steve Jones and Ryan Abel.
