Immerse yourself in the idyllic lifestyle of Margaret River with this rare opportunity to secure a sophisticated, modern townhouse in an enviable location. As part of The Cape Collective, this eagerly anticipated development boasts six two-storey stylish and convenient townhouses, just a stone's throw away from the bustling main street and its array of charming shops, cafes, and restaurants.
The townhouses have been designed by renown local architects MDC who have put passive sustainability principles at the forefront of the project, whilst also delivering style and practicality. Each townhouse faces north to maximise the winter sun and the careful placement of the double-glazed windows assures fresh cross ventilation in the summer. 4 large canopy eucalypts were retained during the build ensuring shade over the summer months and the landscaping has been designed to filter the rain-water run-off from the roofs.
The attention to detail is apparent in every aspect, from the polished concrete floors to the brushed nickel tapware, Caesarstone benchtops and high-end Miele appliances.
Ample storage, carports, and low-maintenance outdoor spaces make these townhouses the ideal 'lock and leave' solution.
Whether you're an investor looking for a high-yielding asset, a holidaymaker in search of a serene getaway, or a down-sizer seeking a tranquil yet central abode, these townhouses cater to your every need and The Agency Margaret River is delighted to bring Units 1 to 6 to the market.
The spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration on Lot 5 and 6 feature an upper level dedicated to rest and relaxation, while the ground floor boasts an expansive open plan area for entertaining and daily living. These 2 lots are the largest in the Collective and have no adjoining walls. Whilst 2 and 3 offer a similar configuration but designed a more of a classic townhouse style.
For those requiring just 2 bedrooms, 1 and 4 delivers this along with a generous alfresco area, perfect for embracing the Margaret River lifestyle.

The townsite of Margaret River is located in the south west agricultural area, 277 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 48 kilometres south southwest of Busselton. It is located on the Margaret River from which it derives its name. The precise origin of the naming of the river is not known, but it was possibly named by John Bussell in honour of Margaret Wyche, a friend in England who was expected to follow the Bussell's to Australia. The name is first shown on a map of the region published in 1839.
In 1910 the Margaret River Progress Association wrote to the Minister for Lands requesting a townsite be declared at "the Upper Margaret Bridge". The reason given was that "the district is likely to be dotted with public buildings several miles apart in the near future if a townsite is not made available shortly". The District Surveyor who inspected the area preferred an area near the lower bridge on Caves Road, but this land was not available. Lots were surveyed in 1912, and the Townsite of Margaret River gazetted in 1913. In 1918 the name of the townsite was changed to "Margaret", but it was changed back to Margaret River in 1927, due to local usage of the name always being Margaret River.
