Witchcliffe Forest Estate, one of the most picturesque natural settings in the Margaret River area.
Act now to secure of only three established residences within the Estate. Move straight in when Titles are issued, expected in May/ June 2023 and shortcut the build process.
Lot 14 is one of the largest holdings in the Estate, 2,990sqm in an elevated position overlooking the POS that is thick with vegetation and tall karris, privatising the position from the west.
From the kitchen and bedroom windows look onto the 13acre Conservation Forest and from the two large living areas the elevated position allows extended views west to the heavily vegetated picturesque creek line.
The established residence has two generous bedrooms one with its own access to the bathroom with shower, spa bath and WC acting as an en-suite.
The open plan kitchen and living area with parquetry timber floors and some tiling along with high ceilings give the home a real sense of space. There is a second large living area separated by double doors, that could easily accommodate a third bedroom and still retain enough floor space for a second separate living area. A very practical design with a second WC within the laundry area.
The orientation of the house takes full advantage of the private western views on offer. This would be a very easy footprint to add to, either on the ground floor or go two storeys and access even more expansive views. A viewing is a must to appreciate the location and opportunity to value add.

The townsite of Witchcliffe is located in the south west agricultural region, 286 kilometres south southwest of Perth and nine kilometres south of Margaret River. In 1924 the government extended the railway to Witchcliffe, and at first selected the name Newralingup for the siding, but the name Narawary was approved. However, a Post Office named Witchcliffe had already been opened when the railway siding was named, and Narawary siding was renamed Witchcliffe in February 1925. Also in 1924 interest was shown in blocks of land at Witchcliffe Siding, and after investigation a scheme of subdivision was planned, lots surveyed, and a townsite gazetted in 1926.
The name Witchcliffe was first used in this district for Witchliffe Cave, the name being recorded by a surveyor in 1900. The name was probably given by the Bussell family who settled near here in the 1850's, naming their property "Wallcliffe House". Both the homestead and the cave are in an area of coastal cliffs, hence the "cliffe" part of the name.
