Stylish & move-in ready

The heart of the home is a stunning, contemporary kitchen ideal for creating great meals and engaging with frieends across the wonderful breakfast bar.

Featuring sleek stone benchtops, a stainless steel gas cooktop, electric oven, and ample storage, this bright and modern kitchen seamlessly merges with the dining and living areas.

Comfort is guaranteed year-round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both the main living area and the master bedroom.

The living space, finished with modern carpeting, flows effortlessly onto cool, easy-care tiles in the kitchen and dining zones.

Outdoor living & features

Uniquely, this villa offers two distinct outdoor spaces:

• A generous Northerly-facing rear courtyard with a patio, perfect for year-round entertaining and soaking up the winter sun.

• A additional covered front courtyard, providing a welcoming entry and an additional spot to relax.

The accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with built-in robes and A/C, plus a good-sized second bedroom also featuring built-in robes. A quality renovated bathroom, a modern laundry, and a separate external brick storeroom complete the package.

Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
