A BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC POSITION above the valley with sweeping views of the hills, unparalleled aspects of broad open paddocks and the ranging, ever-changing landscape is captured so beautifully from every possible vantage. Couple this position with a 5 year old, 5 bedroom home occupying some 427sqm of residence, craftfully constructed by one of WA's top award-winning custom home builders, leaving absolutely nothing to be desired or to want for.
Built as a forever home, every thoughtful upgrade and improvement plus some have been considered for lifelong functionality. Leaving just the sheer enjoyment and relaxation for you to step straight on into…
This spectacularly unique parcel of land offers the very cumulative sense and experience of countryside living, without the maintenance or responsibility.
For lovers of the land, who just don't want to look after it as well! In fact - when it comes to maintenance and management, there are modern technologies employed here to cater for practically everything, right at your fingertips.
The visuals will tell the story - but nothing compares to standing in situ surveying the landscape from anywhere and everywhere…
THE RESIDENCE:
This exquisitely modern, supremely appointed, family-sized residence is positioned purposefully to be energy smart as it soaks up all of it's surroundings, and solar energy to feed the 6.6kW inverter, forming a part of the hillside itself.
The 31-course Argyle red-brick façade strikes a clean linear concept with a brilliantly hidden, north-facing 'secret' skillion roof filled with 4 x HILITE skylights streaming natural light above the expansive, open-planned family living, kitchen dining space.
As much as I've tried - there's simply no one, single category for this incredible home. We've got an entertainer's dream, year-round in style. A superior sized family home, which can be easily shut off from the secondary bedrooms at the rear to create a magnificent smaller yet intimate space. Resort-level finishes and design concepts that will weaken your knees to sitting, you'll just never want to leave. Every window frames a portrait of the countryside, it's as if you're paying to stay at an exclusive holiday home that you'll actually get to come home to - each and every day.
A Master Suite reminiscent of a 6-star Margaret River resort, commands prime position at the frontage, and flows through to a lavish ensuite bathroom featuring a free-standing bath with an incredible view, floor to ceiling tiling and frameless glass screen to a walk-through shower. You'll be at one with the landscape here for as long as you please to soak.
What an incredible layout - especially when it comes to the Kitchen wing of the home, there's an oversupply of quality appliances, scullery storage space and a seriously well-thought-out flow through to the laundry and walk-in linen room tucked out of sight. Seamless progression between the indoor and outdoor dining spaces is a huge feature, and a powder room for guests is a generous touch.
Alfresco dreams are realised in this marvellous setting, boasting an outdoor kitchen with built-in cabinetry, stone counters, built-in bbq hotplate, bar fridge and sink with hot and cold water plumbed. Louvered plantation shutters protect from the elements or allow the cool breeze through. A sparkling below ground swimming pool is heated by heat pump, is app controlled and fully automated - once again capturing a stunning view from the water's edge. Christmas at your's this year until forever…
Country perfection is never sealed without a magical garden, and once again this property does not disappoint. A pristine bore down 100m provides irrigation for the lawns but more importantly the collection of fruit trees and raised vege patches. Waste not - when you've got a tidy little chicken pen with happy chooks to feast on your scraps and garden cuttings.
Shed and hardstand - how could we nearly forget. There's excessive concrete hardstand area inside the main gateway for parking all the toys and even the Winnebago. You've got power and water nearby for visiting caravans. A compact 6m x 9m 3 phase powered, double roller workshop is the ideal place for the restorations.

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
Positioned between the coast and the hills, this suburb provides is an important centre for the local farming industry including orchards, farmlands and wineries. Mundijong has a rural feel with beautiful waterfalls, walking trails and forest hinterland of the Serpentine Jarrahdale district. Other facilities include a local IGA, Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Resource Centre and a local primary school.
