OUTSTANDING BIG WATER VIEW BLOCK
9 Rod Rise Australind
Located in the Australind Private Estate and surrounded by
new Million $$ homes. Elevated, level at the end of a
culdesac with no thru traffic just a touch under the old
“quarter acre” description at 945 m2 plus it is subdividable
(without a home being built) subject to normal approvals
with each future subdivided Lot having its own street frontage.
Fully serviced with underground power, sewer, scheme
water, NBN and partly fenced plus popular restrictive covenants
ensuring the ongoing quality of the improvements to other Lots
in the street. No height restrictions or building time limits apply.
This rare big block has a number of options including use of
the space for a big home, sheds, swimming pool and granny flat
or subdivision which would bring the price to $220,000 per lot (plus costs).
A second level will return far reaching water views and even
ocean glimpses all the way to Bunbury City which is just a 15/20
minute drive away.
Big level water view Lots are now rare and a subdividable water view
Lot is even rarer – so many options to consider with this property –
take a drive out to the Australind Private Estate and have a stroll on
this magnificent block of land that is awaiting its new owner.
Depicted photos are from a approximate 2nd level.
