Be Quick!

This is an absolute legendary opportunity to get yourself into a home in the hills!

Originally built in the 1970's, which means it's solid, and in recent years has been thoroughly upgraded from the ground up!
You will enjoy a spacious renovated kitchen, renovated bathroom, downlights, reverse cycle airconditioners in almost every room, solar power and more!

The home sits on a HUGE 1,080 square metre block with excellent side vehicle access (you could literally add a 4th bedroom to the side and still leave room to drive a car down to the back). Speaking of out back, the back yard is spacious and relatively level for a hills home, and includes a triple car garage workshop, which could also be a great place for a pool table and a bar and there would still be enough room to park your car!

The location is awesome, of course, and not only because it's in the heart of Lesmurdie, but you only have to roll 200 metres down the road before you reach the first park!

This is an incredibly good place to call home, and we highly recommend not missing out!

• Renovated 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home
• 1,080 square metre block
• Triple garage plus carport (4 undercover bays)
• Solar power
• 3 x split system reverse cycle airconditioners

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
