Opportunities to secure coastal land within an established master-planned community are becoming increasingly limited.
Stage C at Lancelin South offers a select release of premium lots positioned within one of WA's most exciting holiday destinations.
Following the complete sell-out of Stages 1 through 10, this latest release provides buyers with the opportunity to secure some of the estate's largest landholdings before titles are anticipated later this year.
Positioned at the gateway to the iconic seaside town of Lancelin, Stage C combines the appeal of a relaxed coastal setting with the confidence of a community continuing to grow and evolve. As residential expansion, commercial activity and local infrastructure continue to develop, demand for quality land in the area has remained consistently strong.
Ranging from approximately 540sqm to 842sqm, these generously sized allotments offer flexibility rarely available in today's market. Whether you intend to create a coastal escape, build a future residence or secure land within a tightly held location, Stage C provides the freedom to plan on your own timeline while locking in today's pricing.
With pristine beaches, the infamous dunes, boating, fishing, cafés and endless outdoor recreation all within close proximity, Lancelin continues to attract buyers seeking both lifestyle and long-term potential. Stage C is an opportunity worthy of serious consideration due to the limited land releases of this calibre.

Lancelin is a coastal town located on the west coast 127 kilometres north northwest of Perth. It derives its name from the nearby Lancelin Island which was named by the French expedition under the command of Captain Baudin in 1801. The name honours P F Lancelin, scientific writer, author of the World Map of Sciences and works on the planetary system and analyses of science.
Interest in the Lancelin Island area in the late 1940s for camping and as a port for the lobster fishery resulted in a townsite being declared in 1950. Lancelin was not considered a suitable name, and "Wangaree", an Aboriginal word for fish was chosen when the townsite was gazetted. Although the official name was Wangaree, local usage was Lancelin, and in 1953 the Gingin Road Board requested the townsite be renamed Lancelin. The name change was approved in 1953 and gazetted the following year.
