We've got an incredible floor plan with this very well-designed Scott Park 4x2 home. With over 210sqm of brilliant living and awesome outdoor living.
We've got room for the family to move about and live their life in a style that merges the indoors with the outdoors. The kitchen is right in the middle of the home and features a breakfast bar design that makes it a point where people come together. It overlooks the main living areas, and that open plan style is highly appealing to live in and to look at. The living room at the front of the house offers a bit of a getaway when you need it, and being adjacent to the master bedroom it can serve as a parent's retreat. The master bedroom is lovely and has a great ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The secondary bedrooms are all of a good size.
WHERE IT IS
What a terrific location we have here. It's in the Hills, but you have no steep land to deal with. We've got great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and more all within very easy reach. Super close! The school is the quickest walk, and the school run is mighty fast from here. The park up the street is awesome.
It has one of those very popular "shipwreck" themed playgrounds, where your kids can enjoy all the fun and games that now seem to be associated with maritime catastrophe. I blame James Cameron for that. Anyway, it's got slides and swings and spinny things, so the kids love it!

Move with Alinta EnergyKelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
