This is one of a kind, a truly special position in a prime location. Set on an awesome 2036sqm block this amazing home has three levels of uniqueness. The main living area incorporates the kitchen and meals area and opens out to the sensational outdoor living space. This is really the whole point of the place. Sure the bedrooms are great, sure the bathrooms are well designed and well presented, sure the kitchen is very functional and sure almost half an acre of land is awesome… but this is really where you're going to want to be as much as you possibly can. Where the views are. Where you're eye to eye with the birds. Where you can see everything and where the winter sun warms you and the summer breezes cool you. A truly special property that will captivate you for as long as you call it home.

Kelmscott is a mixed-use residential, industrial, rural and commercial suburb located 25 kilometres southeast of Perth. The suburb was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony and was named after Kelmscott, Oxfordshire, the birthplace of the first Anglican clergyman in the colony, Thomas Hobbes Scott (1783–1860). Established in 1830, Kelmscott's most rapid growth period was in the 1960s and 1970s.
Though close to the lively Armadale City Centre, Kelmscott is a quiet suburb nestled among the numerous parks and reserves that pepper its landscape. The Kelmscott Town Centre is the main commercial sector with the Kelmscott Plaza and Stargate Kelmscott Shopping Centre all located here. There is also a railway station and four local schools in Kelmscott.
