A World Class Coastal Estate

Positioned on a magnificent 3.6ha landholding with an extraordinary 128m of beach frontage, this architectural masterpiece offers the ultimate Ningaloo living experience. Conceived by its owner to be both a sanctuary of profound strength and a haven in perfect harmony with its environment, this property is one of the most significant coastal homes ever offered in this region, set on the doorstep of the newly announced Exmouth Gulf Marine Park.

From its commanding position, the residence captures breathtaking 360-degree unobstructed views of the ocean and the ranges. Every window is a living artwork, framing sunrises over the water and sunsets over the Cape Range. This unique location offers a gateway to unparalleled natural wonders, from the rugged canyons and hiking trails of the national park to the vibrant marine life of the gulf, where manta rays, dugongs and humpback whales are frequent visitors.

The main residence comprises four king-sized bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite, walk-in or built-in robe and private access to either garden or ocean vistas. A stunning master retreat features a walk-in robe, a standalone bath with garden views, and a private alfresco with panoramic ocean views. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the coastal sounds and views. The soothing soundtrack of the waves provides a constant reminder of your proximity to the world renowned Ningaloo Reef, with its incredible snorkelling and seasonal whale sharks just a short trip away.

The heart of the home is a vast open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where polished blue stone concrete floors and a feature staircase create a sense of sophisticated, minimalist elegance. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a full scullery, waterfall stone benchtops and a café style servery, flows seamlessly to the ultimate outdoor entertaining zone.

Here, the infinity pool with its cascading waterfall becomes the centrepiece of effortless outdoor living. Host unforgettable gatherings, relax poolside with uninterrupted ocean views, or spend an afternoon boating and fishing in the gulf. During humpback whale season, you will find yourself losing track of time watching these majestic creatures play directly offshore from the comfort of your home.

Purpose-built for intergenerational living, this home was designed to accommodate family and guests in absolute comfort. With two additional powder rooms and a fully self-contained studio beyond the main house, the possibilities are endless. The thoughtful design offers everyone their own space while staying connected, creating an ideal creative retreat or a lucrative holiday rental opportunity with its own bathroom and amenities.

Engineered to withstand the extraordinary, the home is a testament to structural integrity, featuring cyclone rated storm shield glass, extensive use of 316-grade stainless steel, aluminium cladding and a robust two-pack paint system over hot-dip galvanized steel. This is a home built for generations.

Exmouth overview

Exmouth is a townsite on the north west coast, 1260 kilometres north of Perth. It was gazetted a townsite in 1963, and was founded as a support town to the Harold E. Holt Communications Station run by the U.S. Navy.

Exmouth is situated on the western side of Exmouth Gulf from which it takes its name. The feature was named by Commander Phillip Parker King RN of HMS "Mermaid" during hydrographic surveys in the area in 1818. The name honours the Viscount Exmouth, Edward Pellew. Edward Pellew was born in Dover, England in 1757 and died in 1833. He had a very distinguished career in the navy, and was regarded as British naval hero. Pellew entered the Royal Navy at 13 years of age, was appointed Lieutenant in 1778 and received his commision as post Captain in 1780. In 1793 he received a knighthood for his heroic conduct in capturing the "Cleopatra", a French frigate. Three years later he was created a Baronet for his heroic services in saving the troops and crew of the British transport "Dutton". In 1804, he was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral. In 1814, having risen to the rank of Admiral of the Blue, he was elevated to the peerage as Baron Exmouth of Canonteign, County Devon; and, finally, was advanced to a Viscountcy in 1816 for his gallantry in bombarding and totally destroying the fleet and arsenal of Algiers in that year.
