Large 1,458m² Elevated Block

Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac with private driveway access, this expansive block presents a rare opportunity to build your dream home with space, privacy, and views—all at a price well below current market value.
Why the reduced price?
Due to the natural slope of the land, the block is best suited to a pole or elevated home design. This simply means there will be more site cost than a flat block.
Key Features:
• Generous 1,458m² allotment
• Wide 38.61m frontage – ideal for flexible architectural designs
• 59.62m top boundary – adds to the openness and development potential
• 34.5m side boundary – plenty of room for outdoor areas or extensions
• Elevated position ensuring you have views
• Quiet cul-de-sac setting with private driveway access
This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to create a unique home that takes advantage of elevation and outlook.
Don’t miss your chance.

I've included a video showcasing the block and the surrounding area to give you a better sense of the location. Within the video, you'll also see a visual example of what a raised home could potentially look like on this block. Please note, this is for illustrative purposes only—no building approvals have been granted for this design or any construction on the block at this time.

Denmark overview

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.

Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
