Sales activity decreased 11 per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA
members reporting 841 transactions.
This decrease can be attributed to a 10 per cent fall in house sales, an eight per cent fall in unit sales, and an 18 per cent fall in vacant land sales over the week.
There were 8,363 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is one per cent less than the previous week.
A closer look at listing stock levels shows house, unit and land listings all increased by one per cent.
Last week's total figure is two per cent lower than four weeks ago and 22 per cent lower than a year ago.
