Sales activity increased seven per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA
members reporting 947 transactions.
This can be attributed to a seven per cent increase in house and unit sales and a 15 per cent increase in vacant land sales.
There were 8,283 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is three per cent less than the previous week.
A closer look at listing stock levels shows listings for houses and units decreased by four per cent, while vacant land listings were stable.
Last week's total figure is two per cent lower than four weeks ago and 23 per cent lower than a year ago.
REIWA members reported there were 2,670 properties for rent
in Perth at the end of last week, which is four per cent less than the previous week.
Last week's rental listings figure is five per cent lower than four weeks ago and 25 per cent lower than the same time last year.
