This MASSIVE block is actually even larger than we have advertised (it is technically 3,234 square metres) but we have factored in possible future road adjustments and only included the land that would remain if the road adjustments do eventually go ahead)
This beautiful piece of planet Earth is relatively flat as far as Perth Hills land goes, and on the quiet side of Welshpool Road East too (as a lot of the traffic heading up the hills turns left into Lesmurdie Road).
This is an incredible opportunity to build BIG and begin your dream hills lifestyle!
It doesn't take a maths wizard to realise that the price per square metre here is super great value when compared with sales of smaller blocks in the city of Kalamunda, and imagine the space and freedom on offer here.
Come and take a look, and visualise the kind of stunning home you can create with all this available space. Room enough for sheds, pools, tennis courts, granny flats, medium to large sized sculptures of The Mitchell Brothers - you name it!
There are a few restrictions on positioning of buildings so contact us for a copy of the certificate of title diagrams before you get too deep into your beautiful designs.
Don't wait too long though, because in a market like this, real estate this fantastic gets snapped up super quick!

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
