Set on a whopping block that'll feel even larger thanks to a whole lot of pristine bush just across the road, this home is waiting for a family who wants it all - privacy but also connection and convenience. Wake up to the trees, step out to the pool from the living room, and send the kids for a ride to Mundaring Central with enough coins in their pocket for a sneaky cookie from the local cafe. You'll never feel the need to go away for holidays again thanks to breakfasts on the wraparound verandah, afternoons splashing in the pool, and evenings around the woodfire under those soaring timber ceilings. Here, everyone gets their own corner and an upgraded lifestyle.

The interiors here work just like open-plan living is meant to. The communal living, dining, and kitchen flow beautifully under those lofty ceilings creating an airy, light-filled heart. The modern kitchen has more prep space than you'll probably know what to do with plus a towering walk -in pantry to keep things hidden away. Renovated bathrooms and laundry have a fresh, contemporary edge and the main suite is really more a retreat with large windows framing the bush outlook and enticing you for a dive into the pool. Mundaring overview

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
