A very clever floor plan enables the new owner to use the many formal and informal living areas to suit their needs. The kitchen has wonderful views to the rear of the property and has plenty of work spaces and storage areas as well as a walk in pantry and island bench. Gas cooktops and a dishwasher recess make life for the chef of the home easy. A beautiful covered and paved outside entertaining area extends through sliding glass doors to enable ease of access for those balmy summer barbecues and just listening to what nature provides.
The 3 minor bedrooms are all on one side of the open plan living area and are all accessed via their own activity room, whilst the family bathroom with bath and separate shower as well as a separate toilet finish this zone off nicely.
The generous size laundry with ample open shelving opens to the outside for ease of use.
The master bedroom is on the opposite side with its own large walk-through robe area, en-suite, separate toilet and sliding glass door to an undercover paved area ideal for a cup of tea in the morning.
A huge theatre room provides the space and ambience for family gatherings to watch the latest movies or sporting events as well as a separate formal dining room currently being used as a music room.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
