Seven Acres. Two Homes. Endless Possibilities.
A rare Denmark lifestyle property where exceptional homes, privacy, views and versatility come together in one remarkable holding.
Set amongst the natural beauty of Denmark, Springdale Gums offers an extraordinary opportunity to secure approximately 7 acres with not one, but two beautifully crafted homes, plus a self-contained studio, substantial cedar outbuilding with kitchen, sheds, extensive rainwater storage and impressive solar infrastructure.
This is far more than a home. It is a lifestyle, a retreat, an income opportunity and a property with genuine flexibility.
The Main Residence - Renovated to Impress
Privately positioned high on the hill, the main residence takes full advantage of its elevated setting, with beautiful views across the inlet and surrounding landscape.
Recently transformed in an exceptional renovation, this is a home where quality is evident at every turn.
Beautiful local hardwoods feature throughout, including flooring, cabinetry and detailed carpentry. The bathrooms are equally impressive, combining stone benchtops, hardwood cabinetry and striking floor-to-ceiling tiling.
Outside, the home embraces its setting with expansive decking and a generous alfresco area designed to take in the views.
And then there's the energy efficiency.
A substantial solar array works in conjunction with a large lithium-ion battery system, helping to dramatically reduce energy costs while adding another impressive feature to this already exceptional home.
Currently enjoyed as highly regarded short-stay accommodation in Denmark, the residence offers genuine flexibility - continue its successful use, make it your permanent home, or simply enjoy the best of both worlds.
A Second Home - Privacy & Quality
Set well away from the main residence is a quality new-build home, creating excellent separation and privacy between the two dwellings.
Positioned to capture the northern sun and overlooking the hills towards Denmark town, it sits beautifully within the property, close to the orchard.
A slow-combustion wood fire and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, while the surrounding paving and landscaping create a welcoming outdoor setting.
Whether for family, guests, extended accommodation or additional income, the possibilities are considerable.
Studio, Cedar Outbuilding & More
Further up the hill, a charming self-contained studio provides another versatile space - perfect for guests, teenagers, extended family or a private retreat.
Nearby, the substantial western red cedar outbuilding with its own kitchen opens the door to countless possibilities.
Think studio. Workshop. Office. Creative space. Entertaining area. Guest accommodation.
The choice is yours.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
