What we love...
Parcels of land this size are like hen’s teeth to find. Yes, the house itself may need a little bit of love, but the potential for redevelopment or just to turn this property into something very special is screaming out.
The house itself holds some dear character features to it with 3 good size bedrooms, high ceiling, ceiling roses, decorative light fittings and French doors to the front room and the back living area which open up onto the expansive back yard.
There is a massive shed as well as a little out house for storage or renovation. The property holds side access on both sides and a rather quaint frontage being a 1950's brick home.

Hazelmere is a small suburb with larger sized blocks and as such has a very low crime rate. Its relatively close to both Perth city and Midland with a train line that runs from Perth to Hazelmere every 20 minutes. The strategic location of the residential lots in Hazelmere is considered by the City of Swan to be appropriate for higher density housing, and as a result a number of lots are currently under consideration for increased zoning.
